As the Director of Management Services Organization you will be responsible for leading and carrying out the essential functions of the Managed Service Organization division.  This includes consultations with physician practices, account management with business stakeholders, and the project management of internal and external resources to meet client deliverable expectations.

 

This position will contribute in the following ways:


 

  • Consulting
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
    • Conduct assessments to identify physician practice strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
    • Collecting information about the client's business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reports, etc.)
    • Work collaboratively with internal subject matter experts to recommend action plans to address practice weaknesses.
    • Engage internal resources and external vendors to execute action plans designed to address practice weaknesses.
    • Communicates analysis, assessments, and recommendations through written and oral reports and presentations.
  • Project Management
    • Work with project stakeholders to design and implement programs with guidance from executive sponsors, subject matter experts, and other staff as needed.
    • Monitors and validates the timeliness and quality of work provided by internal staff and vendors.
    • Facilitates communication and project status updates for management, partners, business owners, executive sponsor, and project team.
    • Create plans to develop and execute new lines of business under the MSO division.
  • Other Duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications

  • Exhibits core cultural values of Humble, Hungry, Healthy and Ability to Execute.
  • 4-year college degree
  • Minimum of 2-years direct healthcare experience or equivalent.
  • Competency in physician office workflows and functions. This includes basic understanding of health information technology, practice redesign, payment reform, and care management. 
  • Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities and experience working with high-level executives and physicians.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple projects.

Desired Qualifications

  • Project management experience
  • Process management experience in Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, or an equivalent methodology
