The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for actively driving and managing the sales process with direct and channel customers. This role will work directly with our executive leadership team, Sales & Marketing team, service delivery teams and actively interact with prospects and clients. The Enterprise Sales Executive be able to articulate company's solutions, technology and product positioning to both business and technical users, and must be able to identify all technical and business issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

This position can be based from a home office anywhere in the US or at our beautiful headquarters in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Meet annual sales quotas
  • Build and develop pipelines of enterprise level accounts
  • Develop executive relationships within accounts and grow the business
  • Support the service delivery onsite for public sector clients
  • Provide business and technical support for assigned accounts
  • Respond to customer questions on functional, technical, and business-related issues
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers and new prospects
  • Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations
  • Convey customer requirements to service delivery teams, sales & marketing team and leadership.
  • Forecast new business at a high level of accuracy
  • Responsible for attending conferences, seminars, and other marketing activities.
  • Use CRM to document account activity.
  • Work closely with service delivery teams, sales & marketing team and leadership team setting sales appointments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years IT Consulting and System Integration solution and service sales experience
  • Experience with public-sector IT implementation projects is a must
  • Ability to work remotely with some travel to client sites based on project needs
  • Successful experience selling System Integration services and solutions
  • Superior knowledge and practice of consultative selling and consulting skills
  • Business acumen to advance organizational goals, based on relevant discrete manufacturing market and trends
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a fast-paced team environment
  • Entrepreneurial and interested in working for a consulting firm in high growth mode.
